This is how my mastering studio sends out finished masters: by link, with no login for the client, and I can see when they were downloaded.
how it works
All images show the real interface with sample data.
As soon as the file starts uploading, the download link is ready and can be passed on. Large files go up in chunks. Optionally the link goes out by email to up to three addresses, with a contact list and search.
No account and no login, on a page in the studio’s design.
A tick shows that a file was downloaded, even for links that went out without an email. After four weeks the portal clears out old transfers by itself.

For each delivery I decide whether the client gets an email or just a link. Every email comes in the studio’s design.
