Privacy

This is a translation for convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

This website is a static site. It has no forms and no user accounts, sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or other third-party services. The fonts are hosted on the same server as the site.

Controller

Hosting and server log files

The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When a page is requested, the server automatically processes data that your browser sends:

• browser type and version
• operating system
• referrer URL
• the requested page or file
• time of the request
• IP address, shortened before it is stored so that individual visitors cannot be identified

This data is not combined with other data sources and is deleted automatically after 7 days. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: I have a legitimate interest in delivering the site without errors, reliably and securely, in particular in detecting and fending off attacks.

Contact by email or phone

If you write to me or call me, I process the information you give (such as your name, contact details and your request) in order to answer it. I do not pass this data on without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or steps prior to one, and otherwise my legitimate interest in handling requests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. Your browser remembers two settings locally in its local storage, but only when you make them yourself at the top of the page: the light or dark view (entry “ohd-theme”) and the language, when you switch between DE and EN (entry “ohd-lang”). The values never leave your browser and are not sent to me. Because this storage only serves a function you triggered yourself, it is permitted without consent under § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG. You can delete the entries at any time in your browser settings.

If you have not chosen a language yet, the site reads your browser’s language setting when you arrive and sends you to the German or English version. Nothing is stored or transmitted in the process.

Fonts

The fonts Montserrat and Unbounded are loaded from this server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font service.

Measurements on the home page

The home page shows how much data it loaded, whether cookies are set and whether any third-party servers were contacted. Your browser works these values out itself from the page’s loading data (the Performance API). Nothing is stored or transmitted in the process.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, for example to the projects shown. When you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that site applies.

Encryption

The site is delivered exclusively over encrypted HTTPS.

Storage period

Unless stated otherwise above, I store personal data only for as long as the respective purpose requires or statutory retention periods demand.

Your rights

• access to the data stored about you
• rectification of incorrect or incomplete data
• erasure, unless there is a legal obligation to retain the data
• restriction of processing
• data portability in a common, machine-readable format
• objection to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation
• withdrawal of consent you have given, with effect for the future

An informal message to the address above is all it takes.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
